Composer / Producer - Robert Hann
Robert David Hann was born in Boston, Massachusetts in the spring of 1974. A child of a musical family, he began playing piano at age five and thus began his lifelong obsession with music. Although he excelled in high school and played varsity sports he always found time to create and record music at night with his friends. After high school, Robert traveled to Los Angeles where he performed on the notorious club circuit and toured nationwide while earning a bachelor’s degree in Recording Arts at the University of Southern California. He then returned to New England and found work in Vermont where he could teach snowboarding in the morning and write music by the warmth of a wood stove in the evening. The turn of the millennium found him living in Philadelphia where he enjoyed an inspired and prolific creative phase while being employed in the engineering department of Disc Makers. He now resides in New York City where he composes, produces, performs, and mixes music for a vast assortment of projects of various genres.
